Yeah...defending champion Egypt and Cameroon have been qualify to quarter-final stage.

Egypt on the top of Group C with 7 points followed by Cameroon with 6 points.

GROUP D:

SENEGAL 1-1 SOUTH AFRICA



TUNISIA 0-0 ANGOLA



For Group D, Tunisia and Angola are the top two teams with 5 points. However, by calculation Tunisia has confirmed for first places based on their goal scored than Angola.
